Our Story
Knuckles Pizza has proudly served the Peoria Area since 2011. We are family owned and operated; nominated "Best of The Best" year after year. Over the past several years the entire food industry has struggled through the pandemic. We have been so fortunate to have the support from our friends, family, and loyal customers who kept coming back time and time again. Although the last few years have been difficult, our staff was able to adapt and provide pizza to our customers safely. We continue to offer contact free delivery through GrubHub, curbside pickup, and contactless payment options with our online ordering system. We know things may never feel "back to normal", but we are here to offer an inviting and clean atmosphere for the entire family.

It really is all in the CRUST! Although all of our ingredients are fresh and made in house, our dough is the "Star of the Show". Made fresh daily, and mixed with a unique blend of dark brewers malt, our crust is surely going to be one of your favorites.
